Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?
We only ship to the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) currently. We offer all customers free domestic shipping with tracking. No shipping cost & no sales tax - we want your experience to be as smooth and upfront as possible - just the way we like it.
Where do you ship from?
Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location, we'll send it directly from the next nearest fulfillment centers.
What are your shipping and processing times?
IMPORTANT! Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak, ALL shipping methods are delayed! Expect delays on your order(s)! We apologize for the inconvenience!
Processing Times
Due to heavy volume, please allow up to 5 business days to process your order before shipping out. We do not process/ship out on weekends.

~20 business days
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

Unexpected Delays
In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
